On line submission of AIEEE application

AIEEE examination registration could be done on line for students applying from other international countries or even students within the country. Students should fill up all required details in the prescribed format for on line registration. If all student details are entered correctly a confirmation page with an allotted registration number will appear on the screen. Students should make a printout of this confirmation page and attach two passport size photographs with a left hand thumb impression and complete the confirmation page with signature and date and send it to CBSE via registered post to complete examination application process. Students could make relevant examination payments at the same time either by giving credit card details or sending payment via demand draft. Students are advised to retain with themselves a copy of the completed confirmation page and details of payment made in respect of AIEEE examination fees.

Students applying on line should make the following fees in addition to examination registration charges. Rs. 5/- to obtain the information bulletin pertaining to the examination and for students making their payments on line through credit cards an extra payment of 2.25% of the relevant examination fee.

Students are advised to recheck details entered in the application form to ascertain accuracy and completeness before sending it to CBSE for process. Under no circumstances a student will be allowed to make any change in their application form once it is sent to the CBSE approval and accepted. The Board will reject application forms containing incomplete, incorrect or forms with over written information.    

CBSE will not accept responsibility for any penalty as a result of non acceptance, additions, deletions or any consequent additions to information already given in an application form for any reason on a student’s part. Students registering on line are requested to produce a copy of their computer generated application form along with payment proof when requesting any examination clarification.
