CBSE Examination exceptions in the third language
Following category of students will be able to request for exemptions in examinations in the third language.
- Students from foreign nationals but carrying out studies at affiliated institutions of the Board
- Wards of Indian Nationals who are permitted admission to Class IX with at least two years residency in a foreign country.
- Students granted admission to Class IX in any affiliated school from a school where only two languages wee specified in their syllabus.
- Students with physical drawbacks such as Dyslexic, blind or hearing defects.
